Our mission is to provide compassionate, comprehensive, and accessible outpatient mental health care for individuals and families seeking support on their journey toward emotional resilience and personal growth.
Founded with the vision of breaking the stigma around mental health, S.T.R.O.N.G Wellness LLC was created to be a safe, welcoming space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Individual Therapy: One-on-one counseling to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
Family & Couples Counseling: Support for families and partners to improve communication and strengthen relationships.
Psychiatric Evaluations & Medication Management: Comprehensive assessments and ongoing medication support when clinically appropriate.
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP): Skill-building services to help clients achieve independence and improve daily functioning.
Group Therapy & Workshops: Safe group environments for sharing experiences and developing coping strategies.

Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP-A)
This program provides adults with structured individual and group sessions designed to develop and enhance independent living skills and the management of mental illness symptoms.
Minor Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP-M)
This program provides youth and their families with structured individual and group sessions designed to help manage challenging behaviors.
